The race to sign Jadon Sancho is heating up with more clubs expressing an interest in the Manchester United winger.
Ruben Amorim wants to improve his attacking options at Manchester United this summer, after relying on an underperforming Rasmus Hojlund last season.
It didn’t help that Alejandro Garnacho struggled in front of the goal too, with most of United’s goals coming from Bruno Fernandes and breakthrough star Amad Diallo.
Matheus Cunha has already joined United from Wolves, having been tipped to play as a number 10 under Amorim next season.
United have since made a second bid for Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford as Ineos speed up the club’s approach to transfers.
It is understood that Amorim still wants to add another striker to the mix.
This only spreads further uncertainty about the attacking players who are not part of Amorim’s plans, such as Antony, Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford.

Juventus face two hurdles to complete Jadon Sancho transfer
One of the biggest priorities at United this summer is to lower the wage bill.

Considering Sancho and Rashford are among the top earners at United and they aren’t part of Amorim’s plans, Ineos will want to ensure that both players get permanent moves away from Old Trafford.
That won’t be easy due to the salaries Sancho and Rashford earn at United, meaning they will be expected to take a pay cut to secure moves.
The front page of Corriere dello Sport on Wednesday has been recited by Sport Witness because it features the United winger along with Canada international Jonathan David. It is suggested that Juventus are targeting moves for both players.
It is understood that Juventus’ new sporting director Damien Comolli is described as ‘vigorously pursuing’ a move for Sancho.
However, Juventus face two hurdles if they want to sign Sancho from United.
United want a permanent exit and Juventus want a loan with an option to buy, or obligation based on certain circumstances.
The Serie A outfit will be aware of the fact Sancho’s current deal expires next year. They are also wary of the player’s huge wages, and are in ‘very hot’ contact with his entourage.
Meanwhile, Fenerbahce are optimistic they can strike a deal for Sancho. It remains to be seen if they can fight off interest from Juventus.
Turkish clubs may have the upper hand over Sancho due to the tax discount that exists for footballers.
Fenerbahce manager Jose Mourinho showed his admiration for Sancho following the player’s public spat with Erik ten Hag.
Sancho could join short list of Englishmen to play for Juventus
Only six Englishmen have signed for Juventus in the past.
Former United academy star David Platt spent a season at Juventus in 1992 before joining Sampdoria.
The others include Lloyd Kelly, Samuel Iling-Junior, Tony Marchi, Johnny Jordan and Stephy Mavididi.
That means Sancho could become the seventh Englishman to join Juventus if the deal materialises.
