Green Bay Packers are not considered among the Top 10 teams with best chance to win the Super Bowl by bookmakers but in terms of best coaches this season, Matt LaFleur is treated better.

LaFleur is entering his seventh season with the Packers and for Pro Football Network’s Brandon Austin, he has done enough to be considered among the solid coaches in the league.
He wrote:
Matt LaFleur has quietly built one of the most consistent coaching résumés in the league. Since taking over in 2019, he’s led the Green Bay Packers to five playoff appearances in six seasons, including four campaigns with 11+ wins.
Austin also commended LaFleur for smoothly navigating the transition from having a Hall of Fame and MVP candidate quarterback in Aaron Rodgers and building a great young quarterback in Jordan Love. However, the writer said that the Packers coach should elevate himself and the team from now on.
The NFC is tough, and while this team has been in the mix, it hasn’t made any real noise when it matters. Time will tell if LaFleur can raise the ceiling for Green Bay.

Sports Illustrated thinks LaFleur’s ranking is high because of his lack of higher finish.
In Pro Football Focus, the Packers coach is not even in the Top 10.
Matt LaFleur is not the best in NFC North
Packers made it known that they want to return to being the best team in the NFC North which they haven’t won since 2021.
To be able to do that, they need to get past Detroit Lions helmed by Dan Campbell who got the highest ranking among all the coaches in the division.

Campbell, who is now in his fifth season as Lions head coach, was ranked fifth by the website. They reasoned that he managed to turn Lions into a contender despite the injury to key players.
Minnesota Vikings won the NFC North in 2022 but their coach Kevin O’Connell is only ranked 12th by Pro Football Network. Meanwhile, Chicago Bears’ trash-talking new hire Ben Johnson is unranked since it is only his first season as a head coach.
