According to ClutchPoints, the Raptors have become a “real suitor” for Boston Celtics guard White amid ongoing trade talks just hours before the 2025 NBA Draft.
Toronto has presented an offer built around the No. 9 pick in this year’s draft, with expectations that any deal would likely involve multiple teams.
“Toronto has signaled to teams around the league that they are looking to make a big splash in the trade market to increase their playoff perception,” per ClutchPoints.
White, 30, is under contract for four more years and is owed $28.1 million in 2025-26. He averaged 16.4 points, 4.8 assists, and 4.5 rebounds last season, while shooting 38.4% from beyond the arc.
