Chelsea will face Portuguese side Benfica in the last 16 of the FIFA Club World Cup after beating ES Tunis 3-0 on Wednesday morning.
Enzo Maresca’s side had been beaten 3-1 by Flamengo in their previous group stage game, but Tosin Adarabioyo’s header in first-half added time put the Blues in front against Tunis.
Liam Delap then settled any nerves minutes later, calmly slotting away his first goal since joining the West London club.
Youngster Tyrique George added a third late on to secure an important victory for the Blues, setting up a meeting with Benfica in the first knockout round.
In the meantime, it has emerged that Chelsea are interested in one of the world’s most highly-rated goalkeepers.
According to CaughtOffside, the Blues have made contact about a possible move for Barcelona ‘keeper Marc-Andre ten Stegen.

The report claims that the Blues are still keen to sign a new goalkeeper after missing out on AC Milan’s Mike Maignan, and Ten Stegen has been identified as a possible target.
Ter Stegen faces an uncertain future in Catalonia following the arrival of Joan Garcia from city rivals Espanyol.
Ex-Arsenal ‘keeper Wojciech Szczesny also remains part of Hansi Flick’s squad, which could limit Ter Steven’s playing time next term.
With that in mind, the Germany international is said to be considering his future and the opportunity to move to Stamford Bridge could prove to be a tempting option.
Ter Stegen joined Barcelona from German side Borussia Monchengladbach in 2014 and has since played more than 420 appearances for the Spanish side across all competitions, keeping 175 clean sheets.
Chelsea’s Premier League rivals Manchester United are also said to have been monitoring the 33-year-old, as they search for a new ‘keeper to replace the inconsistent Andre Onana.
