West Ham are expected to join the race to sign Liverpool star Harvey Elliott.
The 22-year-old has struggled for game time under Arne Slot, and Graham Potter‘s side are crying out for a creative midfielder.
The former Fulham youth ace featured for a total of just 360 minutes in the Reds’ Premier League title-winning campaign, and has admitted that his future may lie away from Anfield.

West Ham enter race for Elliott
Former Irons ace Stuart Pearce has tipped Elliott for a move to the London Stadium, and it appears that they have taken his advice.
talkSPORT journalist Ben Jacobs namedropped the Hammers as one of the sides who are interested in the Reds star.

He claims that Slot’s side would have no qualms with selling Elliott if the offer were right.
Speaking live on talkSPORT (26 June, 10:41 am), he said: “You’ve got some Premier League interest from Brighton, I am also told that West Ham are considering both Keirnan Dewsbury-Hall and Harvey Elliott, Fulham have made an enquiry as well.
“At the right number, Liverpool might be prepared to sell.”
Elliott would be a sensational addition for Graham Potter
Elliott is one of the brightest talents in the English game; he has just been unfortunate that the champions are blessed with such riches in his position.
Potter is desperate for a dynamic, creative maestro to help him change the East London outfit’s fortunes, after the mess that he inherited from Julen Lopetegui.
He faces a huge rebuild this summer, and securing the two-time Premier League winner would be a great start to their business, especially at the reported price of £40million.
Elliott only increased his stock with his performance for England in their Under-21 European Championship semi-final win against the Netherlands, when he notched both goals to put the Three Lions into the final.
It would be a real coup for the E20 side if David Sullivan could pull off a deal for the young star ahead of their rivals for his signature.
A new number 10 could be an even more pressing issue in a few weeks, if Lucas Paqueta’s FA hearing does not go the right way and the Brazilian is banned for life.
It may be too late to secure Elliott by then, so the 2023 UEFA Europa Conference League winners need to act quickly.
