Targets: Jamie Gittens, Christian Norgaard and Eberechi Eze
Arsenal have kicked fully into gear as they look up wrap up three deals this week. Talks have also begun over a deal for Valencia centre-back Cristhian Mosquera amid ongoing interest in Benjamin Sesko, Viktor Gyokeres and Eberechi Eze.
Chelsea are also working on a key target as they make progress over a deal for Jamie Gittens as Borussia Dortmund hold out for a £50m fee having also looked back into a possible deal for Alejandro Garnacho and been linked with Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Milos Kerkez and are now plotting a stunning bid for Alexander Isak as Darwin Nunez heads for the exit.

The Gunners have moved quickly for Norgaard, tabling a £9.3million bid on Wednesday, and Brentford are prepared to accept the midfielder’s desire to play Champions League football.
Personal terms have already been agreed and a medical scheduled, with Norgaard set to replace Jorginho, who has departed for Flamengo, and Thomas Partey, whose Arsenal contract is due to expire at the end of the month.

Brentford remain hopeful of securing a fee in the region of £63million for Bryan Mbeumo in an attempt to eclipse what Manchester United paid for Matheus Cunha, writes Sam Tabuteau.
As Standard Sport reported earlier this week, United will pay an up-front fee of £55m for Mbeumo. However, the two clubs remain locked in negotiations over the size and achievability of the add-ons included in the deal.
Talks have taken place this week over the nature of those add-ons, with Brentford wanting more than £7m in order to take them past the fee Wolves will receive for Brazilian forward Cunha.

Valencia’s Cristhian Mosquera is apparently the defensive target in question and Fabrizio Romano is reporting that the Gunners have already made contact regarding a summer transfer.
That is according to the Telegraph who claim Spurs are determined to not be bullied into selling the Argentina international for a cut-price fee amid interest from Atletico Madrid.
Diego Simeone has confirmed his side’s interest in Romero, but it remains to be seen if they can afford to pay the £60m asking price.
The England international has a release clause of around £68m in his contract at Selhurst Park and is also being linked with a move to the Gunners’ north London rivals Tottenham.
With that said, it is unclear as to whether Eze is a top target for the Gunners or backup in case they can’t finalise a deal for Real Madrid winger Rodrygo.
