Sir David Beckham has been receiving treatment in hospital for a painful injury as his wife Victoria sent an emotional message.
The Manchester United and England legend, 50, suffered what appears to be a broken arm, with the former Spice Girls star posting a photo on Instagram of him in a hospital bed with his right arm in a sling.
"Get well soon Daddy," Victoria, 51, wrote to accompany the snap of Beckham wearing a hospital gown. She also posted a photo of a friendship bracelet given to her husband, with letters forming 'Get Well Soon' on the white beads.
The couple have yet to share what happened to the Inter Miami and Salford City co-owner. The ex-Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain winger - who was awarded a knighthood earlier this month - was pictured smiling through the pain.
Beckham and Victoria have four children: sons Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and daughter Harper, 13. His oldest son, Brooklyn, has been at the centre of reports of a fierce feud in the family.
