Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Burnley are in the mix to sign FC Porto’s Pepê this summer, according to ESPN in Brazil.
Burnley have secured promotion to the top flight and will be with Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest and Fulham in the Premier League next season.
The winger has been a regular for the Dragons since joining them from Grêmio in 2021 and is attracting interest from the Premier League and from elsewhere.
ESPN states Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Burnley have ‘already opened talks’ to sign him. They make no mention of the Brazilian’s preference among these four clubs or who among them is currently ahead.
Fenerbahçe and an unnamed Brazilian club are also in the picture to sign the 28-year-old. He isn’t keen on returning to Brazil as wants to continue in Europe.
Pepê has two years left on his contract and Porto aim to make a ‘good sale’. This means they aim to collect more than €15.4m they invested to buy him in 2021.
He scored six goals and registered four assists from 45 games last season.
