Pepê may have played last Porto game – €25m for Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest or Fulham

Earlier today, ESPN in Brazil stated FC Porto’s Pepê is in talks with Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Burnley. They also reported the Portuguese club are considering a sale this summer.

Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Burnley have all received encouragement in their pursuit of the winger.

O Jogo states clubs from England and Spain have been in contact to ask for information about the 28-year-old.

The Brazilian moved to Europe for the first time when he left Grêmio for Porto in 2021. He managed six goals and four assists last season, and it was his least productive season with the Dragons. The player was also self-critical of his performances.

Porto have been knocked out from the group stages of the Club World Cup and Pepê was part of their squad. He was limited to 44 minutes and was left on the bench against Inter Miami.

Pepê scored a late equaliser in Porto’s 4-4 draw against Al Ahly on Tuesday.

The attacker has a €75m clause, but the report states his club have set a €25m price. The newspaper says ‘no one would be surprised if Pepê played his last game for the Dragons against Al Ahly’.
