Manchester United wantaway Jadon Sancho is faced with a difficult dilemma in the pursuit of his next club.

The winger has spent the last year and a half out on loan with Borussia Dortmund for half a season and then with Chelsea.

Whilst Chelsea held an obligation to buy Sancho for £25 million, the London-based club instead chose to pay £5 million to get out of the permanent move.

Although Chelsea were keen to keep Sancho, his high salary of around £300,000 per week proved too much for the Premier League side to warrant a permanent move.

Unfortunately for Sancho, this seems to be a major barrier to all of his suitors bar one, forcing him to make a decision on a potential wage cut.

Over recent weeks, three key teams have been in the race for Sancho, with Napoli, Juventus and Fenerbahce all in the running.

However, Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabncuoglu has reported a barrier for all three in the eyes of Sancho.

Firstly Napoli approached the winger with a contract offering him 50% of his current wage, which Sancho rejected.

Instead of looking to negotiate the deal, Napoli seem to have closed that door, instead agreeing to a contract with Noa Lang of PSV Eindhoven.

Then there’s Juventus who have contacted the attacker, which appears to be Sancho’s preferred move. However, the salary offered by Juve is significantly less than his current earnings.

Finally come Fenerbahce, with Jose Mourinho personally contacting Jadon Sancho in a bid to lure him to Turkey.

It’s understood that Fenerbahce are the only club able to meet the former England international’s wage demands, with Sancho’s own preferences getting in the way of a move.

The winger is reportedly wanting to only move to a club in one of the top five leagues in the world, so the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga or Ligue 1.

With these limited options on the table for Sancho he could face the decision of which is his main priority, his wage, or his desire to remain in the top leagues.
