Former Iowa State guard Keshon Gilbert has signed with the Washington Wizards.
Gilbert signed an exhibit 10 deal, according to a report from KCRA News' Sean Cunningham, which is a non-guaranteed one-year, minimum salary agreement. Gilbert will begin his journey with the Wizards in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, being held July 10-20.
Washington finished 18-64 last season which was the NBA's second-worst record behind the Utah Jazz.
At ISU last season, Gilbert averaged 13.4 points, second on the team behind guard Curtis Jones who signed a deal with the Denver Nuggets. Both players were left off most NBA mock drafts.
