CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -According to [Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office](https://cuyahoga.oh.publicsearch.us/doc/260258465) records, the sale of the property in Brook Park where the Haslams want to build a new stadium was official Friday afternoon.
Until today, the Haslam Sports Group merely had contracted the rights to buy the property.
For a cost of $76,005,477.90 a group called Primacy Development purchased the land from DROF BP I LLC.
The address listed for Primacy Development is 76 Lou Groza Blvd., which is the Browns headquarters in Berea.
The 76 acre site is slated for the news indoor stadium, as well as a mixed use development, with an estimated price tag of $3.6 billion dollars.
