A look at Sacramento’s 2025 Las Vegas Summer League schedule

New Sacramento Kings general manager Scott Perry made some noise during this week’s 2025 NBA Draft, trading into the first round to select Colorado State guard/wing Nique Clifford.

They also used the 42nd pick to add Stanford seven-footer Maxime Raynaud while signing undrafted Auburn big Dylan Cardwell to a two-way deal. Raynaud provides a spacing option at the five, while Cardwell is more defensive oriented, despite his shorter frame.

21-year-old Isaac Nogues, who played last season with the Rip City Remix (Portland’s G-League affiliate), has reportedly agreed to an Exhibit 10 agreement with Sacramento.

While the California Classic will take place down I-80 in less than two weeks, Sacramento will not be participating this season. Fans’ first chance to see their new rookies will take place in Las Vegas starting on July 10th.

The event is scheduled to run through July 20th, when the championship game will take place. The Kings’ four currently scheduled games are as follows:

Thursday, July 10th – vs. Orlando Magic – 4:30 PM PT (Cox Pavilion, NBATV)

Saturday, July 12th – vs. Chicago Bulls – 5:00 PM PT (Cox Pavilion, NBATV)

Monday, July 14th – vs. Phoenix Suns – 7:00 PM PT (Cox Pavilion, ESPNU)

Wednesday, July 16th – vs. Cleveland Cavaliers – 7:00 PM PT (Thomas & Mack, ESPN2)

Outside of Sacramento’s picks, notable opponents in that stretch include first-rounders Noa Essengue (Chicago), Jase Richardson (Orlando), and Liam McNeeley (Phoenix).

If they were to win enough games during that stretch, they could qualify for additional games to qualify for the 2025 Las Vegas NBA Summer League championship.

The 2025 NBA Draft has concluded, meaning that the time has come for the Sacramento Kings to focus on free agency and the trade market.

24th overall pick Nique Clifford joins Sacramento following a draft-night trade that brought the Colorado State product into Kings general manager Scott Perry’s grasp. Consensus top-30 pick Maxime Raynaud, a high-scoring and high-rebounding center out of Stanford, fell into the Beam Team’s lap at 42nd.

While Sacramento has added two rookies into the fold for 2025-26, they will have to make decisions on free agent forwards Trey Lyles and Jake LaRavia.
