West Ham could be set to table Tomas Soucek a new contract this summer.
The Czechia international is out of contract in the summer of 2027, but has been strongly linked with an exit from the London Stadium.
This has seen David Moyes showcase an interest at Everton, with the 30-year-old potentially on his way to link up with the Scot on Merseyside.
Given how impactful Soucek has been in claret and blue, the Hammers could offer a new deal in the hope of keeping the midfielder beyond the end of the transfer window.

Soucek given insentives for West Ham contract
The Hammers are in need of a refresh this summer across the pitch, something which has already begun with a number of contract exits.

This has seen stalwarts like Aaron Cresswell and Lukasz Fabianski move on from E20, with Danny Ings following them out of the door.
Many signings will be required to plug the gaps of these exits, with other outbound transfers potentially in the pipeline.
Soucek could be one of those on his way out, although former Hammers midfielder Martin Allen has backed Graham Potter’s side to offer a new deal to the Czech ace should he play a certain number of games – or score a certain number of goals.
Speaking exclusively to West Ham Zone, Allen said: “Personally, I would give him another year.
“If he starts a certain amount of games, he could get another year as an option, or if he scores 10 goals, say, he gets a year.
“Make it an incentive-based contract because I’m not sure he’s going to be playing as much in the team as he has been.
“*I would still keep him.*“

There is no doubt that the 30-year-old has become a key asset in claret and blue since signing from Slavia Prague back in 2020.

This has seen the midfielder play a key role across the successes of the Irons in recent years, while being one of the better players in a disappointing campaign last time around.
As a result, losing Soucek would prove to be a risk, especially with this leaving James Ward-Prowse as the only central-midfield option with true Premier League experience.
With that in mind, giving him a contract which revolves around his successes in East London should be seen as a no-brainer.
