**He’s an NBA-type shooter**: As one scout told me, he should be a great fit as a “catch-and-shoot guy” playing in the same backcourt as Darius Garland or Donovan Mitchell. He shot 45% from the field, 41% on 3-point shots. But Proctor also can connect on 3-point pullups (41%) off the dribble. The Cavs don’t need him to be an elite shot creator. They already have several of those.
