CLEVELAND, Ohio — The NBA Draft is over, with the Cavs making two selections — combo guard Tyrese Proctor at No. 49 and draft-and-stash prospect Saliou Niang 58th overall.
That was Cleveland’s first opportunity to enhance the roster this offseason.
