Galatasaray midfielder Gabriel Sara could potentially replace Abdoulaye Doucoure at Everton this transfer window.
David Moyes will be without the Mali international for next season as his contract at Goodison Park expired.
Idrissa Gueye’s future at the Hill Dickinson Stadium is also uncertain, as stumbling blocks have emerged during negotiations over a new deal.
The Merseyside outfit evidently need to bolster their engine room this summer, and the Turkish outfit’s Brazilian midfielder may be a replacement for Doucoure.

Sara is attracting interest from the Toffees after an impressive debut campaign with Galatasaray, according to Fanatik.

The news outlet reports (June 28) that the Blues have the 26-year-old on their radar, with no end to the attention the midfielder is receiving from the Premier League.

It’s been claimed that the Istanbul club want to keep the Brazilian star for another season, as they expect his valuation to increase.
The former Norwich City ace joined the Super Lig outfit last summer and went on to win the league title and the Turkish Cup, and could help the Merseysiders forget about Doucoure.

Moyes needs new midfielders at Hill Dickinson Stadium
Club Brugge’s defensive midfielder Raphael Onyedika was being linked with a move to the Toffees, but those rumours have been squashed for now.
The Blues clearly need reinforcements in the middle of the park if they hope to make further progress under Moyes next season.
After finishing 13th in the Premier League under the Scottish manager, fans will expect better things in the upcoming campaign, which could potentially mean a place in a European spot.
Everton have signed Carlos Alcaraz permanently from Flamengo after his short loan spell at Goodison Park.
Moyes can also count on James Garner for next season, as he has played an influential role for the Toffees in recent months.
Gueye and Doucoure were essential players for Moyes in the previous campaigns, and their replacements will undoubtedly be needed.
Tim Iroegbunam and Harrison Armstrong will hope to get more opportunities at the Blues in the coming months, but it remains to be seen whether Sara will be signed to give the Scottish manager more options.
