West Ham United are reportedly continuing to target Nice forward Evann Guessand amid uncertainty growing over Mohammed Kudus' future.
The Daily Mail reports that the Hammers remain interested in Guessand after weighing up a move for the Ivorian in January. Graham Potter appears to be an admirer and needs a new number nine amid problems in the position.
Guessand was in fine form last season, registering 12 goals and nine assists in 33 Ligue 1 outings at the Allianz Riviera. He is a versatile attacker whose best work comes as a number nine, but he can also adapt to a winger role.

West Ham are looking to add firepower to Potter's squad, and he is prioritising reviving their attack amid a disappointing past season, in which their top scorer was Jarrod Bowen with 13 goals. Injuries to Michail Antonio and Niclas Fullkrug, who could depart, were problematic, and speculation is growing over the potential sale of Kudus.
It's thought that the Irons first need to secure sales to make a move for Guessand, who could cost around £20-25m, and Kudus may make way. Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly held talks regarding a possible £60m deal for the Ghanaian who failed to impress under Potter.

Guessand, dubbed "elite" is also on Wolverhampton Wanderers' radar but a move to the London Stadium could be more appeasing. The East Londoners also maintain a strong relationship with Nice, having recently done business with the French side to sign Jean-Clair Todibo on an initial loan, before sealing his £32.8m permanent arrival this summer.
