Brentford ready to rival Leeds for transfer – Another Premier League suitor for player

Brentford are ready to rival Leeds United for Union SG midfielder Noah Sadiki as they hunt a new defensive midfielder.

That’s [according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri](https://x.com/sachatavolieri/status/1938928301696774321), who reports that Brentford have entered the race for the 20-year-old midfielder.

He explains that the Bees are in search of a new defensive midfielder and so are now looking to rival Leeds and Eintracht Frankfurt for Sadiki’s signature.

Those two clubs have been pushing for the Union SG man for the last couple of weeks. A report on the 16th stated that Leeds had made a €10m offer to the Belgian side. At that point they were looking to beat Lyon to his signature.

Tavolieri reports its now Brentford who are set to enter the race. They want to rival Leeds and Frankfurt, who are yet to negotiate personal terms with the player. Thus, everything could change in the coming weeks.

Sadiki has been with Union SG since 2023 after joining in a €1.4m deal and seemingly earned himself admirers in the 108 appearances he’s made since.

Brentford are now in the race and ready to rival Leeds for his signature as they look for midfield reinforcements for new manager Keith Andrews.
