Marcus Rashford is determined to leave Old Trafford after rejoining on loan at Aston Villa.

The attacker’s career was likely finished after his affair with Ruben Amorim ended last winter, as the star was removed from the Manchester United team.

With a £40 million buyout option, Rashford was loaned to Villa for the rest of the season in January.

However, Unai Emery’s club was unable to secure Champions League football and the related funds, making a permanent move for Rashford impracticable.

In recent transfer windows, no bidder has approached the United academy graduate because of his astounding £325,000 weekly salary.

At one point, it looked like United would need to pay the 27-year-old £20 million to get him to accept a wage reduction and leave Old Trafford.

Now, a move for the United wantaway might be closer with Rashford making his intentions clear on which clubs he doesn’t want to join.

According to L. Miguelsanz of Sport TV, Marcus Rashford has rejected Chelsea, Newcastle and Aston Villa.

It also mentions how Rashford, for now, is still determined to sign for Barça and has made it known to the Blaugrana club actively and passively.

His brother went to Barcelona to meet with Deco and they made a clear premise: Rashford is willing to push for a loan from United and lower his salary to the point where Barça can get him registered.

Rashford, whose contract expires in 2028, will return to Carrington in July for preseason training, but United has not yet received a serious bid.

Although Rashford was formerly against taking a pay cut, he may be happy to do so to leave Manchester United since his high demands are deterring prospective suitors.

It will be intriguing to see where the United academy graduate ends up this summer, whether it’s on loan or in a permanent transfer.
