Brighton and Hove Albion have completed a deal for Eintracht Frankfurt youngster Nils Ramming, with a five-year deal now signed.
That’s [according to Fussball Transfers](https://www.fussballtransfers.com/a3991420796830304001-sge-ramming-vor-england-wechsel), relaying information from journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports that the 18-year-old has now been signed by Brighton. the original information [comes from journalist Luca Bendoni](https://x.com/LucaBendoni/status/1938901959387336834), a part of Di Marzio’s team.
They state that the youngster has signed a five-year deal with Brighton, who will pay Eintracht Frankfurt €850,000 plus bonuses to sign the goalkeeper. That can increase to €1m if various bonuses, which are ‘quite easy to reach’ are achieved.
According to their information, Ramming has decided on the switch as he did not see good prospects for his development at Eintracht. The reserve team he has been playing in was relegated from the Regionalliga this season.
There is also fierce competition for places in the first team squad, with Kauã Santos and Kevin Trapp blocking him there. Thus, he has elected to move to Brighton instead.
Frankfurt have also gladly accepted the money offered to them, with Ramming’s deal due to expire next summer, making this year the last in which they could secure a fee for him.
