Everton are eyeing a move to sign Juventus star Timothy Weah after his move to Nottingham Forest collapsed, according to journalist Ed Aarons.
The Toffees are expecting a major squad overhaul this summer with a number of players expected to leave at the end of their contract or be moved on as David Moyes looks to shape the squad in his own image.
Forwards are expected to be the priority after a number of decisions were already made, and now The Friedkin Group are looking to bring a fellow American to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

The 25-year-old, who has been described as 'incredible', was said to be close to a move to Nottingham Forest last week but decided against a transfer to the City Ground, which has opened the door to a move to Everton instead.
The Toffees are showing an interest in the USMNT star, who has no future at Juventus, as they look to strengthen their attacking options. Armando Broja, Jesper Lindstrom and Jack Harrison have all returned to their parent clubs following loan spells in 2024/25, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin's contract is set to expire next week and no agreement has been found for him to extend his stay.
Everton have also looked at a move for Lyon winger Malick Fofana after they were handed a relegation to Ligue 2 due to their financial situation, which shows they are definitely looking to add to their forward options.
Moyes is also keen to add a new striker to the squad, with talks set to intensify around a move for Villarreal star Thierno Barry after his participation at the U21 European Championships came to an end in the semi-finals.
