Man Utd have been linked with a move for Ardon Jashari with the young midfielder being a carbon copy of a football legend.
There are a lot of issues that can’t be solved overnight in Manchester United’s team, the reality is that they can’t be solved in one transfer window either.
Man Utd could sign their own Luka Modric with Ardon Jashari transfer
Jason Wilcox looks to have cast his net wider and into mainland Europe in an attempt to plug the gap with a move for Ardon Jashari a player with elite level pedigree.
Player of the year in the Jupiler Pro League, clubs like Man City and Paris Saint Germain have already been credited with an interest and are said to be “keen” on the deep lying playmaker by Rudy Galetti.
As templates go, the Switzerland international couldn’t have a better one than the great Luka Modric.
The Real Madrid and Croatia legend has set the standard for more than a decade in terms of how a midfielder should set the tempo in midfield. He might not have the legs that he once had, however, in terms of passing ability and linking okay, few are better.
In a world of data analysis, it’s easy to see how Jashari came up on United’s radar.

It was no surprise to see 22-year old Jashari linked with so many top clubs as soon as the season ended with defensive midfielders who can link the defence and the attack being so valuable.
City’s collapse when Rodri got injured last year was the perfect example of how important a cog they can be which also explains so many of United’s problems too. It is one thing having a destroyer like Manuel Ugarte, but there needs to be someone to keep the ball moving and be the fulcrum of the manager’s game plan.
What has Jashari said about the transfer speculation?
Jashari clearly has a wise head on old shoulders too, refusing to be drawn into transfer speculation recently: "Paris is a beautiful city but nothing more at the moment," he told Koha of the link to PSG.
"The last match was not a farewell. I am very happy in Brugge, but at the same time I am very ambitious. You never know when the right project will be presented in football," added Jashari.
Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen have also been keeping tabs on the Brugge playmaker and the Belgians will be rubbing their hands at a potential transfer bidding war when there will be only one winner – the selling club.
"I want to play for the best clubs in the world and compete with the best," Jashari confirmed. United might not be currently one of the best clubs in the world in terms of current form, but they are in terms of size and stature. They can also offer what most of the others can’t, a guaranteed place at the heart of the team.
