Liverpool have already gone through a summer of change, and we’re not even a month into the transfer window yet.
Several players have both left and joined the Anfield outfit, with the Reds looking to make a statement of intent ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
Players such as Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez have already been brought in, with some stalwarts such as Nat Phillips choosing to leave.

There’s still over two months of the summer transfer window left, and with the amount of rumours that have emerged recently, it’s unlikely that Liverpool are going to stop selling and buying players any time soon.
Liverpool’s Lewis Koumas is of interest to Norwich City
As well as shipping off some of their first-team players, the Reds still have a lot of youngsters among their ranks that could do with some gametime.
Owen Beck is an example of this, with the left-back recently being linked with a season-long loan move to Wrexham.
However, according to journalist Samuel Seaman, it seems that Beck isn’t the only Liverpool youngster who has piqued the interest of some second-tier teams.
That’s because Liverpool’s “Scouse Neymar” Lewis Koumas has been linked with a transfer to Norwich City.

Lewis Koumas should be allowed to join Norwich City on loan
There is no denying that Koumas is an exceptional talent with a bright future ahead of him.
However, with players such as Mohamed Salah and Federico Chiesa among their ranks, Liverpool won’t have a place for him in their team this season.
Of course, there’s likely to be plenty of chances for him to prove his worth in the future, but at the moment, he could do with getting some more game time under his belt.

The 2024-25 season of Lewis Koumas in numbers.
And, who knows, if he manages to put in another season of impressive performances, he could catch the eye of Slot next term and perhaps force his way into his plans.
Only time will tell what the future holds, but with Koumas still wanting to develop, there’s no reason why a move for the attacker shouldn’t be sanctioned.
