With the draft over, the attention of the NBA world can now shift to free agency.
NBA free agency officially starts on Monday, June 30 at 3 p.m. PDT. When that time strikes, team and players can begin agreeing to terms of a contract , although contracts can’t officially be signed until July 6.

Cavs Signing Sam Merrill to New Deal
The Cleveland Cavaliers are signing guard Sam Merrill to a new four-year, $38 million contract, ESPN’s Shams Charania has reported.
Davion Mitchell to Stay with Heat
The Miami Heat are reaching a two-year, $24 million deal to keep restricted free agent guard Davion Mitchell with the franchise, per Charania.
Nets Exercise Multiple Team Options
Michael Scotto of HoopsHype has reported the Brooklyn Nets have exercised team options for next season on multiple players, including former Trail Blazer Keon Johnson:
