LeBron James Gets Fans Fired Up With Intense New Training Video

LeBron James is proving again that age is just a number. The Los Angeles Lakers star has shared a new video of himself working out and fans are impressed by how strong he still looks at 40 years old.

In an Instagram post, James shared a clip from his high-energy solo workout session.

“Ended the 45 min solo session with 2 of these conditioning drills back to back. Getting the lunges and quick twitch muscles back firing,” he wrote in his caption.

James’ post quickly gained momentum online, collecting more than 394,000 likes and over 5,000 comments just hours after it went live. Fans flooded the comments section in amazement and support.

“Watching LeBron on my couch makes me feel like WE both worked out,” one fan joked.

Another fan was inspired, writing, “40 years old is crazy! Hopefully you young players see this and duplicate it!”

Many fans praised James for staying dedicated to his craft year after year.

“Bron still putting that real work in,” one wrote.

Some fans couldn’t help but compare themselves to the superstar, admitting they’d struggle to keep up with his pace.

“I’m exactly 1 year older and my knees buckled looking at this,” one person confessed.

“Ain’t no way 😂 you not the greatest,” one fan exclaimed.

“And that's why Bron Bron is a Beast,” a commenter said.

The workout video shows James driving hard to the rim and finishing above the basket, according to his Instagram post. James’ video comes as he gets ready for his 23d NBA season.

Despite dealing with a knee injury during last season’s playoffs, he’s back on the court and training hard. Last season, he averaged 24.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and 8.2 assists per game for the Lakers.

Despite talk about retirement for the past few years, sources told ESPN that James is not certain this coming season will be his last.

For now, one thing is clear: James isn’t slowing down, and his latest training video has fans believing he’s still got plenty left in the tank.
