Leicester City goalkeeper Mads Hermansen is said to be firmly on the radar of West Ham United.
The 24-year-old could be on the move this summer as the Foxes prepare for the upcoming Championship season. And the Hammers are reportedly particularly keen to snap up his services.
The east London side were linked with Hermansen earlier this month. According to Danish publication Tipsbladet, they could be about to step up their interest.
Journalist Gianluca Di Marzio said: “Mads Hermansen could be on his way to West Ham. The club really likes him and it could be a good opportunity for him.
“I don't believe he will stay at Leicester. And I think West Ham would be the right option for him.”
Hermansen has three years remaining on his contract at the King Power Stadium but could head elsewhere this summer. City have already released two senior goalkeepers and could sell the Dane to whittle last season’s quartet down to one.

Tipsbladet suggest the Foxes ‘can demand a nice amount’ for the former Brondby stopper, who put pen to paper in the East Midlands two years ago. West Ham are likely to undertake a reshuffle between the posts ready for the new campaign. Lukasz Fabianski is moving on and questions have emerged about Alphonse Areola’s future at the club.
City’s players will report back for pre-season training on Monday as the countdown to the 2025/26 term begins. But they will return without a manager to oversee preparations, following Ruud van Nistelrooy’s departure on Friday.
First-team coach Andy King and the fitness team will oversee the group until a new boss is appointed. The Foxes have their first pre-season friendly next weekend and the start of the Championship campaign is little more than a month away.
Several names are reportedly in the frame to take on the job. Former Everton boss Sean Dyche and current Sheffield Wednesday manager Danny Rohl have both been linked.
