Cesare Casadei has been involved in the 2025 UEFA U.21 European Championships. He represented Italy who finished 2nd in their group. Going unbeaten in the group games, winning two and drawing one. He scored the winner in the 1-0 win vs. Slovakia. Italy were defeated 3-2 in the quarter finals vs. Germany. Casadei started one and came on as a sub in the three other games. England won the tournament, without any Leicester related players in the squad.

Leicester linked OH Leuven midfielder Ezechiel Banzuzi was in the Holland squad for this tournament. He was not involved in any games.
