Charlie Cresswell has had a whirlwind 12 months since he left Leeds United.
The centre-back departed Elland Road last July to move to Ligue 1 outfit Toulouse.
Here, the 22-year-old has thrived, and he made 34 appearances in all competitions as they finished 10th in the table.
On top of this, the England Under 21s international was part of the squad that lifted the European Championship on Saturday, which has only added to his value.

Leeds could pocket £2.1m from Cresswell sale
As a result of his recent performances, interest in the Leeds academy graduate has increased.

Toulouse is set to demand £18 million for Cresswell, with clubs in the Premier League and Serie A interested.
However, while the sale of the 22-year-old now seems baffling, there may be a silver lining in his recent displays.

Cresswell was barely given at opportunity at Leeds
According to the Yorkshire Evening Post (28 June), Leeds have a 15 per cent sell-on clause for any of the profit made by the French side.
Leeds sold Cresswell to Toulouse for £3.8m. This means that if the Ligue 1 club does get £18m for the centre-back, the Yorkshire club would get £2.1m
This would no doubt be a big boost for Daniel Farke as the funds could allow the Peacocks to make extra additions this summer.
This could prove to be vital in their hunt to stay in the Premier League this season.

Farke should look to add sell-on clauses to majority of Leeds departures
With PSR dominating transfer business in the UK, sell-on clauses could help guarantee future income for Leeds.
While £2.1m isn’t much compared to Cresswell’s current worth, it is still additional funds that could prove to be extremely useful.
As a result, if Leeds start doing this for the majority of their departures, they could net a nice fee every few seasons, which will help with PSR.
Hopefully, Farke will consider this going forward when dealing with sales at Elland Road.
