West Ham have been linked with Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The 28-year-old is out of contract at the end of June and Graham Potter‘s side are in desperate need of attacking reinforcements.
The likes of Nicolas Fullkrug and Evan Ferguson failed to impress when leading the line, so the 50-year-old needs some fresh impetus next season.

West Ham to take Calvert-Lewin risk after Everton exit confirmed
Calvert-Lewin is attracting interest from West Ham, with Leeds another possible destination for the Toffees forward.
The former England ace announced (29 June) that he will leave the Hill Dickinson Stadium outfit upon the expiry of his contract on 30 June.
MORE WEST HAM STORIES
Iconic commentator Ian Darke has urged the Hammers to avoid signing the Blues star, but believes that they could pursue a deal.
Speaking exclusively to West Ham Zone, he said: “I would have cause to pause thinking about signing Calvert-Lewin due to his injury record.
“At his best, he is an England-class striker but in recent years, there have been too many injuries, not enough goals, too many question marks.
“I think he comes now as a player who needs to give his reputation a good lick of paint. It would be a signing you would have to wonder about, because you are concerned about how many games you might get out of him, or for that matter, how many goals?
“They are looking for a centre-forward, it may be that West Ham are prepared to take a gamble.
“If they have had a reassurance from their medical staff, he is fit and firing, he is ready, I think from Calvert-Lewin’s point of view, it is a very good move.
“He needs to get away from Everton, and it could give him a new lease of life.”
Calvert-Lewin would not guarantee West Ham goals
Sporting director Tim Steidten was sacked after the abysmal business last summer, which included Fullkrug’s signing.
The German striker notched just three goals from 18 Premier League matches, and it could be the same story all over again for Potter with Calvert-Lewin, given his injury history.
Stats Fullkrug Calvert-Lewin
Matches 18 26
Goals 3 3
Assists 2 1
Minutes played 788 1,613
Fullkrug v Calvert-Lewin last season.
The ex-Everton star scored the same amount as Fullkrug in 26 top-flight appearances last time out but as Darke states, the change of scenery could do him the world of good.
It remains to be seen whether the London Stadium outfit commit to the 11-cap international, if they do, it cannot be the only forward that they sign.
