Thierno Barry could be the ideal replacement for Calvert-Lewin

Everton have been linked with a move for French striker Thierno Barry, and he could be the perfect replacement for Calvert-Lewin at the head of the Toffees’ attack.

Barry is 6’4″. He’s strong and powerful. He clearly has an eye goal, netting 11 times in 35 games for his club Villareal this season.

What’s more, he’s still only 22 years old, so there is plenty of room for development.

It has been reported that Barry fancies a move to the Premier League, so David Moyes would be well advised to prepare a bid before rival clubs start to sniff around him.

Timothy Weah would be a flexible option in Everton’s attack

Timothy is the son of the legendary striker and Ballon d’Or winner George Weah.

He has mostly been utilised on the wing for his club Juventus, but he can lead the line as a centre-forward just as his father did.

Weah was left out of Juventus’ squad for a recent Club World Cup match against Manchester City, which has alerted several Premier League clubs about his potential availability.

There will be competition for his signature, so again, Everton should move fast if they’re interested.

Hamza Igamane will excite the Everton fans

Hamza Igamane is a skilful Moroccan striker who scored 16 goals for Rangers last season.

The 22-year-old loves to take on defenders. He’s pacy and has a lethal shot from both inside and outside the box.

He’s not much of a target man at 5’9″, but he can do anything with the ball at his feet.

Some might be concerned at his lack of experience in a major league, but Igamane has turned on the style in the Europa League on more than one occasion for the Glasgow club.

Rangers were a long way off Celtic last year, and are looking to sell a couple of star players to create the funds needed for a squad overhaul. Igamane would therefore be available for a fee of around £20million.
