Player ‘is in the hands’ of Crystal Palace – Eagles advantage over chasing competition

Bologna star Dan Ndoye has been linked with multiple Premier League clubs for the ;ast year or so, and is now reportedly being pursued by Crystal Palace.

The winger, who has also played at centre-forward on many occasions, found the back of the net eight times in Serie A last season and racked up four assists. He improved on his numbers from the 2023/24 campaign and helped his side win the Coppa Italia under Vincenzo Italiano.

Interest in Ndoye is quickly rising. Il Resto del Carlino report that whilst Napoli are struggling to reach an agreement with Bologna, Crystal Palace are interested in the Switzerland international.

The player ‘is in the hands’ of not just the Eagles but Borussia Dortmund as well. The indication is that their financial capacity can prove vital in beating Napoli in the chase.

Crystal Palace and Dortmund will have to shell out a fee of €50m to land the the winger, with the Italian champions having offered a hefty initial loan deal with the obligation to buy of €20m next summer. Those figures are wildlly apart and in reality Bologna should accept something in the middle.

The 24-year-old appears to be on the market, at least at the right price.
