### **Coaching Staff**
Head coach Matt Lafleur has led the Packers since 2019. His 56 regular-season wins are tied for the second most in NFL history by a head coach in his first five seasons from 2019-2023, going 56-27 in that span. The Packers have made the playoffs five times in his six seasons at the helm.
Prior to his time in Green Bay, Lafleur was the offensive coordinator for the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Rams, as well as the quarterbacks coach for the Atlanta Falcons, Notre Dame and the Washington Commanders.
Adam Stenavich has been with the Packers since 2019 as well, serving as the team's offensive coordinator since 2022. Prior to his promotion, Stenavich served as the team's offensive line coach and run game coordinator. He also spent time with the 49ers, San Jose State and the University of Michigan before coming to Green Bay.
Defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley enters his second season leading the Green Bay defense. He came to the Packers after four years as the head coach of Boston College.
### **Series History**
The Packers and Bengals have played 14 times over history, and they have split the series evenly, 7-7.
### **What To Watch For**
The Packers operated last year's offense without a true number one receiver, as Jayden Reed, Christian Watson, Dontavion Wicks and Romeo Doubs all led the unit at one time or another. Adding Worthy to the group will prove to be a good test for Cincinnati's young secondary and new defensive coordinator [Al Golden.](https://www.bengals.com/team/coaches-roster/al-golden)
DT [T.J. Slaton Jr.](https://www.bengals.com/team/players-roster/t-j-slaton-jr/) will also come up against his former team, as the Bengals' free agent signing spent the first four years of his career anchoring the Green Bay defensive line.
