Everton are exploring a number of deals this summer transfer window.
David Moyes has a big job on his hands as several first-teamers are out of contract and set to leave Everton.
Moyes has admitted he doesn’t really want a rebuild, but the Friedkins will support him with a substantial budget.
With that said, Thierno Barry is a striker the Toffees are keen on, and we understand they’re confident of reaching an agreement to land his signature.
Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi is also on Moyes’ radar and now there is a fresh development on his situation.

Everton face fresh competition for Leicester City star Wilfred Ndidi
Ndidi is expected to leave Leicester this summer after suffering relegation from the Premier League to the Championship.
The 28-year-old has a staggeringly low £9m release clause in his contract, which Everton evidently see as great value.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
However, Manchester United are reportedly circling and now, according to Mundo Deportivo, La Liga outfit Real Betis have joined the race.
Betis finished sixth last term and qualified for the Europa League, so they’re an attractive proposition this window.
That makes Everton’s pitch a lot harder, with interest continuing to mount in the 65-cap Nigeria international.
Everton also interested in Merlin Rohl
The Toffees do have other options on their midfield shortlist if Ndidi is out of reach.
Stuttgart and Germany under-21 international Merlin Rohl is believed to be of interest to Moyes and he is available for around £17m.
Rohl helped his nation to the final of the under-21s European Championships but lost 3-2 to Lee Carsley’s England.
The 6ft 3 midfielder was first spotted by Moyes during his West Ham United career, as he was impressed with him in a Europa League clash.
Sean Longstaff continues to be linked with Everton, too.
