Welcome to KUMB's latest transfer rumour round-up - five stories from around the web featuring players potentially on West Ham's shopping list, or current Hammers on the radar of other clubs...
Guido Rodriguez
West Ham United have received an offer from an unnamed Spanish club for Argentine midfielder Guido Rodriguez, who has been told he is surplus to requirements in Stratford.
With Graham Potter needing to trim his midfielder options in order to introduce fresh faces, the likes of Rodriguez, Andy Irving and Edson Alvarez are all available at the right price. However the approach from a La LIga club is unlikely to persuade West Ham to act immediately, given that the offer is for a season-long loan with the Hammers part-subsidising his salary. Monterrey of Mexico, managed by fellow Argentine Martin Demichelis have also expressed interest.

Hayden Hackney
West Ham United are rumoured to be pursuing 21-year-old midfielder Hayden Hackney from Middlesbrough, with a potential transfer fee estimated between £12million and £15million.
Despite a slight dip in form towards the end of last season, Hackney impressed with two goals and two assists in 28 appearances and earned a call-up to the Euros -winning England Under 21 squad. Known for his tackling, driving runs, and long-range shooting, Hackney is viewed as a promising talent who could break into West Ham’s first team more easily than at a top-six club. With Middlesbrough failing to secure promotion, a summer move looks likely.

Tyler Morton
West Ham have been joined by the likes of Braga (Portugal), Club Brugge (Belgium) and Ajax (Netherlands) in their pursuit of Liverpool youngster Tyler Morton.
Wallasey-born Morton, 22, had been scouted during the previous transfer window but an injury curtailed any hopes of a move to West Ham during the winter. However the Hammers have since indicated their interest in the defensive midfielder, who has made just two senior starts for Liverpool.

Rocco Reitz
West Ham are reported to be "leading the race" to sign 22-year-old German central midfielder Rocco Reitz from Borussia Mönchengladbach, despite him recently extending his contract until 2028.
The Irons are said to have begun "preliminary talks", while is it suggested a formal bid with be presented soon. Reitz has a €20million release clause that becomes active next summer, but Gladbach prefer to sell him this season to avoid a cheaper future transfer. West Ham face competition from Brighton, Fulham, and European sides like Inter Milan and RB Leipzig.

Saudi Arabian clubs are prepared to offer a lucrative contract to tempt the 27-year-old attacking midfielder to the Gulf region as part of the Pro League’s ongoing project to attract high-profile players. Quite when that may be however is still unknown, although West Ham hope to have a resolution in place before the beginning of the season.
