Standing 1.90 meters and 24 years old, Marcos returns to Barcelona after spending the past season with Bàsquet Girona, where he averaged 8.3 points and 4.3 assists across 28 games in the Spanish League.

Marcos originally joined Barcelona's system in 2019 as a teenage prospect from Penarol de Mar del Plata, one of Argentina’s most prominent clubs. Over his initial five-year stint, he developed in the Barcelona B team and went on loan to Lleida and Girona, building a reputation as a skilled and creative floor general.

Last summer, Marcos joined Girona on a free transfer, and his growth was evident during the 2024–25 campaign, leading to renewed interest from the Catalan giants.

With international experience representing Argentina at both the junior and senior levels, Marcos is now poised to make his EuroLeague debut this upcoming season.
