NBA Tracker: Free Agency Is Officially Open

NBA Free Agency is now officially open for 2025! Teams can now negotiate with players, and reach agreements, but contracts cannot be signed. From July 1-6, the NBA is in a moratorium, and all agreements in place will be signed after it’s lifted.

The Blazers have been very busy this month, trading Anfernee Simons for Jrue Holiday, buying out Deandre Ayton at a discount, and declining an offer to Jabari Walker.

The Blazer’s Edge writing staff will be updating this article through the day, and will move to a new one when this one is overloaded with news and comments.
