ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Luke Kennard has agreed to a one-year, $11 million deal with the Atlanta Hawks, according to ESPN.
Kennard spent the last two seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies and is one of the most consistent three-point shooters in the NBA. The 29-year-old averaged 45.0% and 43.3% three-point shooting during his two full seasons in Memphis.
He spent most of his time in Memphis as a bench piece, but his three-point shooting skills could see him gain significant playing time on a team that finished last season 18th in three-point percentage.
Kennard is the second free agent signing reported Monday for the Hawks. ESPN earlier reported the Hawks had signed [Nickeil Alexander-Walker](https://www.atlantanewsfirst.com/2025/07/01/guard-nickeil-alexander-walker-agrees-4-year-62-million-deal-with-hawks-espn-says/) to a four-year, $62 million deal.
