MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Free agency strikes once again as another former Badger is now off the board. Nigel Hayes-Davis is headed to Phoenix on a one-year, fully guaranteed contract.
Hayes-Davis is coming off of a career season, taking home the Finals MVP in Fenerbahce’s 2025 Euroleague championship.

The forward has previous experience in the NBA, dating all the way back to seven years ago. Hayes-Davis spent time with the Los Angeles Lakers, Toronto Raptors, and the Sacramento Kings compiling a total of nine games played.
In his time in Madison, Hayes-Davis etched himself into the Wisconsin record books. He ranks third in the Badgers’ all-time scoring list with 1,857 points, and is the only Badger to be in the school’s top-10 for points, rebounds and assists.
