Borussia Dortmund star Jamie Gittens is closing in on a move to the Premier League after agreeing personal terms over a switch to London giants CHELSEA
The club finished the season very well they got champions League football, and they won a European trophy, which doesn’t come around very often. So Enzo Maresca is looking the splash some more money improve the squad.
He has already acquired the services of Mamadou Sarr, Dario Essugo and Liam Delap, But there is always room for growth at the club – and that means the club will continue to seek players that will come in, sign massive contracts and hopefully develop into the stars of the future, and now the Blues are now closing in on their next transfer target.
Gittens is understood to have agreed personal terms with Chelsea before Dortmund’s Club World Cup campaign got underway and the youngster has been eager to finalise a switch to Stamford Bridge as quickly as possible.
The England Under-21 international is tied into a contract with Dortmund until June 2028.
Across his four seasons at the Westfalenstadion, Gittens has racked up 17 goals and 14 assists in 107 appearances for BVB’s first-team.

There is plenty of time for this deal to happen, there will be many more rumours, but the lad has serious talent and could make an instant impact on the club, if he is able to adapt to the Premier League.
