Juventus have hardly relied on Douglas Luiz at the Club World Cup, and a potential move to Leeds United may be on the cards soon.
The former Aston Villa star completed a big-money move to the Serie A giants last summer, but he’s struggled to make a mark in Italy, and he’s featured in just one fixture under Igor Tudor in the United States.
Luiz could make a switch to Elland Road in the ongoing transfer window as the door is open for a return to the Premier League.
49ers Enterprises have already enquired with Juventus about the Brazil international this summer, and the possibility of coming back to England has increased.

It’s been claimed that there’s a possibility of a loan with an obligation to buy, with the Brazilian midfielder’s agents evaluating options.
Luiz may push for a transfer to the West Yorkshire outfit within days as there’s a chance the Italian outfit could be knocked out of the Club World Cup by Real Madrid on Tuesday (1 July).

Daniel Farke should ask for Luiz transfer at Leeds
Daniel Farke has lost a key player in Joe Rothwell, with the English midfielder joining Leeds on a season-long loan from Bournemouth last summer.
The 30-year-old was influential for the Whites after they lost Ethan Ampadu and Ilia Gruev to injuries at the start of the previous campaign.
Rothwell and Ao Tanaka’s partnership flourished, helping the West Yorkshire outfit win the Championship title.
Leeds missed out on Habib Diarra to Sunderland, and they must now turn their attention to other targets.
While Luiz hasn’t been at his best at Juventus, the 27-year-old developed into one of the best midfielders in the Premier League during his time at Villa.
The Whites will undoubtedly secure a quality player if they can pull off a deal for the Brazil international, but it remains to be seen whether he will be willing to move to Elland Road.
Farke’s team will arguably be fighting relegation next season, but someone like Luiz could potentially help them survive the drop.
