Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho is expected to leave the club this summer after being told to find a new club by Ruben Amorim at the end of last season.
Garnacho was a key player for United last term under Erik ten Hag and Amorim, playing 58 games in all competitions, scoring 11 and providing a further 11 assists.
But after being named on the bench in United's Europa League final defeat to Tottenham, the 21-year-old vented his frustration to the media. Garnacho came on in the 71st minute in the loss before questioning Amorim's decision to leave him out of the starting XI.
Recently, Garnacho was in the headlines for the wrong reasons when he posted a group of images from his vacation in Ibiza. In the post on Instagram, the winger was wearing an Aston Villa shirt with 'Rashford 9' on the back.
The Argentina international is one of the players up for sale at Old Trafford but no formal bid has come United's way yet. It's understood that the player wants to stay in the Premier League with Chelsea and Aston Villa credited with interest.
There has been no comment from United on Garnacho's antics over the summer but on Tuesday morning, the club posted a message to their academy graduate on Instagram. Sharing an image of Garnacho in the 2025/26 home kit, it read: "Feliz Cumpleaños' which is happy birthday in English.
Garnacho turns 21 today and has already played 144 times for United's first team. However, his ability to play as an attacking winger makes him unsuitable for Amorim's 3-4-2-1. Right now though, it looks as though he will be part of United's pre-season squad.
