When I booted up EA’s American College Football game, I was expecting Madden with different teams. NCAA 2003 turned out to be very different, with its own unique vibe and great creation tools. NCAA College Football 2K3, on the other hand, is exactly what I expected: it’s NFL 2K3 with different teams. The only difference I could tell is that players would drop the ball more often.
There’s not much to say about this. The team creation is extremely basic, and there’s not much to it.

**Poor**
> All in all, Visual Concepts has still managed to assemble a viable alternative for college football fans that can’t get enough of the digital glory. A guaranteed good time for frequent renters and casual gridiron visitors who aren’t as discerning as the die hard sports fans out there, NCAA College Football 2K3 isn’t a bad choice.
