Mohammed Kudus looks set to leave West Ham United this summer.
The Ghanaian winger was sensational at the London Stadium in his debut season. However, he struggled to repeat this feat in the last campaign.
Nevertheless, interest is high in the 24-year-old this summer, with Spurs linked with a move for Kudus.
West Ham’s PSR concerns mean that the London club may be more willing to part with the winger in order to raise funds.
However, there are other benefits that a sale could bring to Graham Potter.

Chelsea join race for Kudus
With Tottenham still not making an official move for Kudus, this has allowed other teams to join the race for the 24-year-old.
According to talkSPORT (30 June), Chelsea also want to sign the versatile winger this summer.
The Ghanaian international could be part of a triple swoop for the London club, with the Blues also set to sign Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens.
West Ham reportedly rejected a player-plus-cash deal for Kudus from Chelsea earlier this year, but the Hammers may be tempted to revisit such an offer.
The report claims that Potter also wants one of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall or Carney Chukwuemeka from Chelsea.
However, David Sullivan could have the last laugh in the Kudus saga if he manages to get the duo and cash for Kudus from Chelsea.
This would be a masterstroke from West Ham and could pave the way for Potter to finally pull the London club away from the relegation zone.

Swap deal could be the way forward for Kudus sale
It is no secret that West Ham need new additions this summer after their awful Premier League campaign.
However, with PSR posing a problem for the Hammers, a swap deal could be the best way forward.
As well as Dewsbury-Hall and Chukwuemeka, Chelsea also have Axel Disasi and Djordje Petrovic on their books – two other players linked with a move to West Ham this summer.

Kudus failed to hit his previous heights last season
Kudus is clearly a wanted man, and Chelsea have many players that Potter likes. Therefore, it would make sense for both teams to reach an agreement over a potential player exchange.
On top of this, there is the benefit that Tottenham will once again miss out on one of their transfer targets if a deal can be done with the Blues.
