Chelsea are about to spend a lot of money this week, but they could also make plenty of it back as the summer goes on.
Chelsea are closing in on Joao Pedro, who is set to join them from Premier League rivals Brighton & Hove Albion.
They are also expected to sign Jamie Gittens from Borussia Dortmund. Those two players alone will cost the Blues well in excess of £100m.
The club will want to balance the books by offloading some players, with the likes of Noni Madueke, Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku all being candidates to go.

Offers for Noni Madueke imminent
Madueke is currently at the Club World Cup with Jackson and Nkunku, but he could depart Stamford Bridge once the tournament concludes.
Journalist Simon Phillips has claimed on Si Phillips Talks Chelsea that the Blues will receive some “big offers” for Madueke after the Club World Cup.
While Chelsea probably will need to make some money back after all of their spending, Madueke is not someone whom Scott Minto wants to see go.
Minto recently discussed Madueke and the speculation linking him with a move away from west London, claiming that selling the winger would be a “very strange” decision.

Arsenal are rumoured to be interested in Madueke and Jackson, so the Gunners could end up with two of Chelsea’s attackers before the end of the transfer window.

Why Arsenal want to sign Noni Madueke this summer
Madueke was a key player for Enzo Maresca last season, making 44 appearances in all competitions.
While Chelsea may be open to selling the 23-year-old, he is clearly someone whom Maresca himself appreciates. And Arsenal also seem to be admirers.
According to Phillips, the Gunners believe that he is the “perfect winger target” and will make a bid for him soon.
Again, Maresca is a fan of Madueke, so the Chelsea manager may not approve of the club selling the England international to one of their biggest rivals.
