Crystal Palace submit offer for winger – Eagles needs some patience

Yesterday, Il Resto del Carlino reported on Crystal Palace’s interest in Bologna star Dan Ndoye.

They also revealed interest from Borussia Dortmund, adding that Napoli’s earlier offer for the Switzerland international has not proved to be enough.

More is now reported by Il Resto del Carlino and they claim that while Dortmund haven’t made an offer for Ndoye, Crystal Palace have and it has been described as a formal offer.

This interest from the two clubs has grown after Napoli asked for more time to reconsider their own move for the 24-year-old. In the meantime, they are working on other options and have come close to signing PSV Eindhoven’s Noa Lang.

However, Ndoye is thought to be hesitant about a move to Crystal Palace, likely still clinging on to the Napoli chance and the opportunity of joining the Serie A champions.

Napoli had contact with the winger’s agent yesterday, and it would appear that chance needs to be completely extinguished for Crystal Palace to move ahead.
