**BEREA --** The Cleveland Browns ownership received a win on Monday night when Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed Ohio's two-year budget, which includes $600 million for a new enclosed stadium in Brook Park. The Haslams and the Browns have been planning a move from Cleveland's lakefront stadium to the nearby suburb for more than a year.
The Haslam's issued a statement on the funding on Tuesday morning.

The Haslam Sports Group finalized last Friday the purchase of the 176-acre plot of land on Snow Road, the former site of a Ford plant, where the dome will be built. The Browns plan to break ground on the $2.4 billion stadium late this year and open for the 2029 season.
