Galatasaray are hoping to sign Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, along with Thomas Partey, according to reports.
TBRFootball claim that the Turkish champions are already holding talks with Partey, who is now a free agent after leaving Arsenal.
However, they are also hoping to snap up Gundogan, who has just under a year left on his contract at the Etihad.

The 34-year-old has played a prominent role at the Club World Cup, having started two of the four fixtures during the competition.
Gundogan bagged a brace during the group match against Al Ain, and he was named in the starting lineup as the Cityzens crashed out to Al-Hilal in the last 16. Even so, TBRFootball report that the club are still “open” to letting him leave.
What has Gundogan said about his future?
Speaking at the start of last week, the German made it clear that he is not in a rush to leave Manchester for a second time:
“I have one more year left on my contract and I’m very happy here – I think everybody knows that. I am enjoying my football. I still believe I have several years in me at the highest level by taking good care of myself.”
“I’ve proven last season when I didn’t miss a game. I’m available, I’m fit, I want to play at the highest level for much longer.”
Despite Gundogan’s comments, though, there are suggestions that he would be keen on a switch to Turkey.
Guardiola has a wealth of options in midfield
Another factor to consider is the midfield depth available to manager Pep Guardiola. The City boss has insisted that he wants a small squad heading into next season but he currently has no less than seven central midfielders.
In addition to Gundogan, Guardiola can call upon Rodri, Mateo Kovacic, Nico Gonzalez, James McAtee, Tijjani Reijnders and Calvin Phillips. Somebody will have to leave before the end of the transfer window.
