The NFL Legend whom Travis Kelce Wants To Invite on 'New Heights' Next

Since its debut in 2022, "New Heights" has become one of the most popular and decorated sports podcasts in the United States.

The show brought together NFL brothers Jason and Travis Kelce for lively discussions about their pro football careers, as well as pop culture and their personal lives, drawing keen interest from fans amid Travis's romance with singer-songwriter Taylor Swift.

The enduring popularity of "New Heights" was among the topics Travis Kelce discussed during his appearance on Tuesday's episode of "Bussin' with the Boys."

The show has featured some impressive guests, including LeBron James, Andy Reid and Arnold Schwarzenegger. But Kelce, a Kansas City Chiefs icon, has one dream guest that he wants to welcome to the podcast "so bad."

"I want to get Deion Sanders on so bad," Kelce told hosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan. "I want to talk to him about the football and baseball world that he was in (during) the late '80s, early '90s and just chop it up because he was always one of my favorite guys."

Sanders, now the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, garnered global fame for his skills as a coverage cornerback and for his flashy style and personality. He was also a two-sport athlete. Between 1989 and 2001, he was an outfielder for five different MLB teams while enjoying a Super Bowl-winning NFL career.

"I played like every sport imaginable growing up, and I always wanted to be one of those guys that played two sports," Kelce said.

Only time will tell whether the Kelces can tempt Coach Prime to join them on "New Heights." But given Sanders' proclivity for the spotlight and eminently quotable nature, it would surely be one of the most memorable episodes of the podcast if it comes to fruition.
