The NFL is starting to heat up as the offseason transitions into a new month.
Some well-known players in the league will be playing on different teams. From CB Jalen Ramsey and TE Jonnu Smith heading to the Pittsburgh Steelers, and S Minkah Fitzpatrick going back to the team he was drafted by – the Miami Dolphins.
Miami has continued to pull off some interesting moves in the new month, and it's been reported that Pro Bowl tight end Darren Waller will be coming out of retirement and be traded to the Dolphins.

In exchange for Waller, the New York Giants will receive a 2026 sixth-round pick and a 2027 seventh-round pick.
With this being said, the Dolphins are out of the trade rumors involving Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts.
"Kyle Pitts won’t be traded to Miami, which had been looking for a tight end. The Dolphins ended up bringing one out of retirement," Atlanta's sports station, 680 The Fan, reported minutes after Waller agreed to a new one-year, $5 million deal with the Dolphins.
Kyle Pitts has been rumored to be in trade talks after an underwhelming past few seasons with the Falcons.
Since posting a 1,000-yard receiving season as a rookie in 2021, former No. 4 overall pick Kyle Pitts has struggled to replicate that success over the past three seasons.
He's never been able to have more than 667 receiving yards and has caught just nine touchdown passes in the three years following his rookie season.

Back in early June, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler said that the Falcons "are open to the possibility of trading Kyle Pitts," and now that the Dolphins moved on from Jonnu Smith and traded for Darren Waller this week, Miami won't be pursuing Pitts in a trade this offseason.
Although Atlanta's open to trading Pitts, it's not certain that the 24-year-old will be heading to a new team before the season starts.
